So it was Thursday evening; I was lying peacefully in my bed, watching Dark City, and almost fell asleep several times. But suddenly (as I re-watched the movie with the audio commentary) I found myself feeling oddly inspired. So I grabbed the first piece of paper I could find and began sketching what would become 6 pages of a comic version of a story I've been writing.
o_O
I can't draw people, I can't draw backgrounds, I can't colour, and I can't shade! Why on earth would I ever even try to attempt doing a comic? x3 Another thing is that the story won't translate very well into images because it's mostly told from a first-person perspective, which means I'll have to rewrite the entire thing. It's just crazy.
But it's a good challenge for me
The worst part is probably gonna be designing the characters, though... but the first three-four panels doesn't really have persons in them (well, in fact there are body parts in each and every one of them, but nothing I can't find a way around) so I'll put that off for a couple of days.
I'm not as negative about this as I might sound

I'm still looking around your gallery, trying to figure out how to phrase the amazement I'm feeling. I really, really love your style. It has such a chaotic and deep feeling to it. Can't wait to see what you're gonna come up with next.
So... yeah, much praise for you and your work. Rock on.
